NEW BUSINESS 1.) whether or not to ask the Town to apply for an assent to remove the rocks that are obstructing the ramp at Two Rod Way, to the west of the existing jetty, to restore it as a boat ramp. Votes may be taken. 2. Cages stored at Fog Land Boat ramp-Should commission take a position and alert authorities-Vote may be taken 3. Stonebridge docks -Used Floats maybe available from Bristol Yacht Club 10 x 30 feet. Fund raising for possible expansion -Vote may be taken 4. Riparian Moorings - To assist the Commission and give clarity to an issue raised by multiple riparian landowner residents of the Town, should the Commission request the Town Solicitor provide a written legal opinion to the Commission as to: Who has superior rights- a riparian landowner requesting a riparian mooring or an applicant for an aquaculture lease?
