Introduction of Scott Millar – Manager, Community Technical Assistance for GrowSmartRI who has been invited to share his advice and insight on the key elements of a solar ordinance. Attached are his comments on the previously proposed ordinance sent to te Town’s Planner dated October 4, 2021. 5. General Business: A. Possible introduction of Bill Vierra who may replace Michael S. Burk as a Town Council representative. Mr. Burk will remain as a ex officio member. B. Presentation of the previously rescinded solar ordinance and the proposed ordinance that was reviewed and commented upon by the Planning Board, as well as the Planning Board’s findings and recommendations. C. Presentation and discussion of other communities solar ordinances and how they might be applicable to Tiverton. D. Discussion of further resources available to assist us. E. Discuss and develop a calendar of future meeting dates, times and locations. F. Adjournment
