Memo of Understanding regarding 451 Seapowet Avenue Mooring Locations for Clint Clemens F.) OLD BUSINESS 1.Harbor Management Plan dates and progress report HMP Subcommittee and special workshop-report, dates for future work and process of sharing work done to date-Vote may be taken 2. Flood Hazzard Mitigation Grant-pole elevation straps -Jacques Afonso National Grid-Charles Lawrence report 3. Aquaculture ordinances 4. Used BYC docks - Town of Bristol is getting them. G.) NEW BUSINESS 1. Stone bridge dock -Signage required for proper operations. Development of small boat tie-ups on dock; fee structure and process of distribution of right to tie up. Discussion of operational authority and responsibility- coordination with Rec Board. -Vote may be taken 2. Pursuit of development grand funds from Quonset Development Infrastructure funds for Stone Bridge engineering and possible waterfront improvements including small boat/ kayak storage racks.: votes may be taken 3. Pursuit of Storefront grants in possible coordination with Economic Development Commission to address Cumberland Farms. Votes may be taken. 4) Passed motion action and follow-through. Part of putting forth a motion should be to define necessary actions and appoint a commission member or members responsible for following through on the action (taking the motion to the Town Council, for example) and reporting back to the THC. 5) Bay SAMP report. CRMC's changes to the notification process and floating gear guidelines. Discuss and possible vote on THC response to CRMC regarding changes. 6) Riparian moorings, specifically whether or not a registered vessel is required. Discussion and possible vote. 7) Discussion and possible vote regarding mooring fields in Type 1 waters. When were the mooring fields established? How many of the moorings in those areas are riparian? Correspondence from Ben Goetsch regarding Jamestown nonconforming moorings and GIS water type layer. How to proceed with CRMC?
